Repio
ANNA ARTEMOVA PR BEOGRAD (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Gym Workout Tracker: Repio application (“Repio”).
This Privacy Policy explains how Repio handles information when you use the app.
How Repio handles information
Repio has no account or sign-in. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or location through the app.
Repio does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites. Its advertising and subscription services are described below.
Fitness data
Fitness Data is the workout information you create in Repio. It may include:
- Workouts
- Exercises
- Exercise Comments
- Sets
- Repetitions
- Exercise Weight
- RPE
- Rest Periods
- Training Programs
- Personal Records
We use your Fitness Data to provide workout tracking, progress calculations, training programs, charts, and related features.
Your Fitness Data is stored on your device and may synchronize between your Apple devices through your private iCloud database, accessible only to you.
We do not use your Fitness Data for advertising or marketing.
Health data
Health Data is the information you allow Repio to read from or write to Apple Health. It may include:
- Heart Rate
- Date of Birth
- Workouts
We use your Health Data to display live heart rate, calculate heart-rate zones, and show workout history, heart-rate trends, and recovery information.
With your permission, Repio can save your workouts to Apple Health.
Heart rate and date of birth read from Apple Health are processed on your devices. Repio does not store these readings or your date of birth in its iCloud database.
When you use Repio on Apple Watch, workout information and heart rate are shared with your paired iPhone. Repio may temporarily store workout data on Apple Watch until the transfer is complete.
On your iPhone, Repio keeps links between its workouts and the matching records in Apple Health. This local link information is excluded from backups and iCloud synchronization.
Live Activities can show workout details and heart rate on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.
We do not use your Health Data for advertising or marketing.
Repio cannot read from or write to Apple Health without your permission. You can change or revoke this permission at any time in Apple Health or your device settings.
Information stored in Apple Health is managed by Apple according to your settings and Apple’s Privacy Policy.
On-device intelligence
On supported devices, Repio uses Apple’s on-device language model to generate insights about your workouts and training progress.
To generate these insights, Repio processes your workout and health information on your device. This information is not sent to an external AI provider.
Generated insights may contain errors and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Advertising
Repio uses Kickstart Exchange, operated by Hudson Heavy Industries Ltd, to show ads for other apps.
Kickstart uses information about the app, the country set for your App Store account, and which ads are shown or tapped. This helps deliver ads, understand how they perform, and protect the service. Ad activity is not linked to you or your device.
Kickstart may also use information provided by Apple to verify the app download. It deletes this information immediately after the check.
Cloudflare helps deliver the ads and processes your IP address for this purpose. Kickstart does not store your IP address.
We do not share your Fitness Data or Health Data with Kickstart Exchange.

Subscription and purchase management
Repio uses RevenueCat, Inc. to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions.
When you make a purchase, RevenueCat processes your purchase history on our behalf. This includes the products you buy, transaction dates, subscription status, and renewal or cancellation events. RevenueCat links this data to an anonymous, randomly generated identifier, not to your name, email address, phone number, precise location, or device advertising identifier.
We use this information only to provide the app’s subscription features and understand aggregate purchase and subscription trends. We do not use purchase data for third-party advertising or to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
RevenueCat processes this data as our service provider. For more information, see RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy and GDPR statement.
Data retention and deletion
Your Fitness Data remains on your device and, if iCloud synchronization is enabled, in your private iCloud database until you delete it. You can delete your Repio data using the Delete All Data option in the app. This does not delete backups you created and saved separately. You can manage and delete those backups yourself.
Deleting workouts or using Delete All Data in Repio does not delete workouts already saved in Apple Health. You can manage and delete your Health Data in Apple Health.
RevenueCat may retain purchase and subscription records according to its legal obligations and privacy policy.
Kickstart Exchange keeps records of ads shown and tapped for about 30 days. It keeps daily advertising statistics for each app without a set time limit.
Security
The security of your information is important to us, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
While we use reasonable measures to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this privacy policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
